• For those who purchase VIP tickets, the best seating area is reserved.
• Exclusive entrance from the parking lot side of the Helsinki Ice Hall. If you prefer, you may also use the main entrance from Nordenskiöldinkatu.
• Meet & Greet: Meet the characters before the show

ARRIVAL

Arrive at the doors facing the parking lot of Helsinki Ice Hall, D-side, sign “VIP” above the entrance. Arrival instructions to the Helsinki Ice Hall can be found here.

1st SHOW – VIP entrance opens at 11:15 AM.

2nd SHOW – VIP entrance opens at 3:15 PM.

MEET & GREET – Meeting Times

1st SHOW – Character meeting time is from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. (The show starts at 12:30 PM)

2nd SHOW – Character meeting time is from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. (The show starts at 4:30 PM)

• Location: F-section mezzanine, entrance immediately to the left of the VIP entrance. A ticket inspector will guide you to the meeting location.
• Please arrive on time and have your camera ready for a group photo.
• VIP Seating: Remember to show your VIP ticket to the staff when moving to the VIP seating area.
